All authorized DIBIZ LinkApp personnel are bound by confidentiality obligations and are prohibited from processing client data for any purpose other than as instructed by the client or as required by law.
Deletion and Return of Content
If requested prior to service termination, DIBIZ LinkApp will provide a copy of your content in a commonly used format within a reasonable timeframe, subject to applicable fees.
You may request deletion of your content at any time prior to termination. DIBIZ will take reasonable steps to securely remove the specified content unless retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Use of Zoho for E-Signatures
We use Zoho to facilitate electronic signatures. When you use Zoho through our platform:
- Zoho processes your name, email, and other required information to provide the e-signature service under their own Privacy Policy.
- Once the e-signature process is complete, the signed document is deleted from Zoho's servers; a copy is securely stored on DIBIZ servers for compliance and record-keeping.
- All data transferred between DIBIZ LinkApp and Zoho is encrypted using industry-standard security measures.
- By opting to sign documents via Zoho, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data by Zoho as described above.
